Grandparenthood & Great-grandparenthood

There is nothing like looking for the first time at your firstborn's firstborn. As grandmother of 15 amazing grandkids I have had the precious moments by being witness to all 15 of them on their first day of life. Beautiful miracles of life, these little humans were the product of love from my children and the love of their life.

Now as an older grandparent, my connections with these grandkids is in texts and an occasional party when we get together. It is so exciting to see the cousins together, or seeing cousins liking cousin's posts on instagram!

Aging is a process of moving along this sidewalk of life, and taking in snapshots of good times to file away for a memory to savor of the good times.

On this walk it is so noticable that what experts tell us is true..the more i move the better I feel. I am going to watch Here the movie this weekend! Good to connect with you today!
